2. PRODUCT LICENSE AND USE

1. License Grant:
   Unless otherwise noted, Centous Plugins products are licensed to you under the GNU General Public License (GPL) or a similar open-source license. This means you are permitted to install and use the plugins on your WordPress site in accordance with those licenses.
   
2. License Activation:
   Some plugins require a valid license key to receive updates and support. You must activate your license through our system to receive automatic updates and access support services.
   
3. Restrictions:
   You may not:
   
   • Claim exclusive ownership of our products
     
   • Redistribute or resell original or modified versions of Centous Plugins products outside the terms of the GPL or applicable license
     
   • Attempt to circumvent licensing or update mechanisms

3. OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Centous Plugins products, code, graphics, documentation, and associated materials (excluding open-source components) remain the intellectual property of Centous. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership rights to you.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Centous and its affiliates will not be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  
• Loss of data, profit, business interruption, or goodwill
  
• Claims arising out of the use or inability to use our products, even if Centous has been advised of the possibility of such damages
  

5. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Centous Plugins products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Compatibility with all themes, third-party plugins, or custom environments
  
• Functionality with all versions of WordPress
  
• Bug-free operation for all use cases
  

Centous does not guarantee that products will meet all requirements or run without issues on every site configuration.

You assume all risk related to the use of our products.

6. UPDATES AND MAINTENANCE

Each premium product includes automatic updates and technical support for the duration of your active license. License renewals are required to continue receiving updates and support after expiration. Centous may release updates to fix bugs or improve functionality as needed but makes no guarantee about frequency or longevity of updates.

7. REFUND AND CANCELLATION

8. USER ACCOUNTS AND SECURITY

If you create an account with Centous for plugin access or product management:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
  
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use
  

Centous reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms or for misuse.

9. AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS

If you participate in any Centous affiliate program, you agree to adhere to the affiliate terms and all promotional guidelines outlined in that specific affiliate agreement. You must not misrepresent our products or conceal affiliate relationships in content.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Centous is headquartered. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

11. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

Centous may revise these Terms at any time. If significant changes are made, we will notify you by posting a notice on our website or contacting you via email. Your continued use of Centous Plugins products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
